Faith-First Health Coaching For Men

The mind is being renewed.

Discipline is what obedience looks like in a body bought at a price.

Health coaching for men who are done chasing vanity and ready to steward what God handed them. Discipline as obedience. Strength as service.

Why this exists

Why This Exists

I've spent years chasing discipline in every corner of my life — my work, my finances, my body, my marriage, the way I parent, even the way I think. I got out of debt. I rebuilt a marriage from the ground up. I rewired a mind that used to be shaped by sexual sin into one shaped by Christ. I own my life free and clear. Not because I'm special, but because I learned how discipline through Christ actually works: it's not motivation, it's not forcing yourself to do one thing or another — it's obedience, practiced daily until it becomes who you are.

I know what it's like to be strong in one area and stuck in another — disciplined at work but neglecting your body, solid on the outside but drifting spiritually, carrying weight you've never dealt with. I've lived pieces of that myself. And I realized the same principle that brought order to my finances and my life is the same principle Scripture has been teaching all along: your body isn't yours. It was bought at a price. Taking care of it isn't vanity — it's obedience.

None of this came in a straight line. My journey hasn't been close to perfect — I've failed more times than I can count. What kept me on the path wasn't willpower. It was fasting, daily prayer, and devotion — showing back up again after every failure — that kept me walking with Christ instead of walking away.

The Sacred Assignment exists because most men don't need more information. They need someone to walk beside them while the discipline takes root — someone who gets in their face when they drift and reminds them why they started.

This isn't a program. It's an assignment from God, worked out daily, in the body He gave you.

Our method

"If you can control what goes in your mouth, you unlock control of every other area of your life."

Jesus fasted. He treated it as a serious spiritual discipline, not a diet trend. That's the foundation of how we coach — self-control at the mouth builds self-control everywhere else.

What clients are saying

"Josh is very knowledgeable about intermittent fasting and gave me great advice for the issues I have been facing."
A., India

"Working with Joshua was an absolute pleasure. Truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend."
S.W., Germany

Start with one hour

Have you ever given God one hour?

Not a 3-day fast. Not a diet. Just one hour, set apart, to purposefully fast — for yourself, or for the Lord — and see what surfaces. If you can do that, this is for you. It's welcome for anyone.

Start with The First Hour. A deeper 7-Day Assignment is there when you're ready.

The physiology

Repetition is not a metaphor. It's neurology.

Every repeated action strengthens the neural pathway that produced it. Discipline is measurable structural change in the brain — myelination, consolidation, reduced activation cost. Conviction sets the direction; repetition builds the road.

66 days

Average time for a repeated behavior to become automatic.

Neuroplasticity

The brain physically rewires around what you repeat.

Cue → Action → Reward

Every habit runs the same loop. Change the loop.

2x

Accountability roughly doubles follow-through on a stated commitment.

The foundation

Stewardship of the body

"Do you not know that your body is a temple... you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body."

1 Corinthians 6:19–20

"Offer your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God — this is your true and proper worship."

Romans 12:1

"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is — his good, pleasing and perfect will."

Romans 12:2
